Martin Mwangi, New Director of AGL Kenya Limited
With over two decades of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain management, and financial leadership, Martin Mwangi brings deep expertise and strategic vision to the helm of AGL Kenya. He joined AGL in 2005 as an Accountant and has since held several senior financial leadership roles across Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya. Prior to his appointment, he served as Country Chief Finance Officer for Kenya.
As a transformational leader, Martin places integrity, agility, passion, and excellence at the heart of his leadership philosophy. He is committed to strengthening a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric solutions within AGL Kenya, while actively supporting regional economic development.

In addition to his role at AGL Kenya, Martin is recognized as a thought leader in finance-driven logistics strategies, with expertise in multimodal transport solutions, warehousing, and trade facilitation. He champions the use of technology to enhance efficiency and advocates for policies that promote sustainable trade and logistics.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and has completed various executive leadership programs in finance, supply chain management, and business strategy.
This appointment marks a strategic milestone in AGL’s ongoing transformation in East Africa, reinforcing its commitment to integrated and sustainable logistics solutions across the continent.
