Africa Global Logistics Celebrates Managers’ Graduation from MAPS Program.

AGL recently celebrated the graduation of its managers from the Management Acceleration and Professional Success (MAPS) program in a remarkable event held in Nairobi, Kenya. The 18-month program enhances managerial skills and leadership capabilities, demonstrating AGL’s commitment to employee growth and its mission to be at the Heart of Africa’s Transformation.

This initiative is part of AGL’s commitment to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce in Africa, in order to support and expand its operations on the continent. It also aims to strengthen internal organisational consistency and efficiency, thereby promoting increased productivity, with shorter turnaround times, smoother operations and a better customer experience.

«The MAPS programme provides managers with the expertise and strategic thinking needed to navigate the complexities of the African market and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.» Frédéric Demarcq, Training Director at AGL.
«We believe in the positive development of our team, hence our investment in the MAPS programme. The managers have shown themselves to be committed to their professional development, and we are confident that they will make a significant contribution to AGL's continued success.» Jason Reynard, AGL Regional Director for East Africa

Fatou Diene, Deputy Director of AGL’s Commercial Department in Senegal, supported these comments by highlighting the benefits of the MAPS programme for her team, who have achieved a higher level of performance as a result.
