2.PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING
AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your questions, requests, or complaints through contact forms: we process your personal data through contact forms to respond to your questions and ensure effective follow-up of all your requests and inquiries transferred via customer service channels; On the following legal basis: user consent

7.RETENTION PERIOD
The retention period of your personal data is determined based on the pursued objective, as defined in the purposes mentioned in Article 2 above. Once the purpose is achieved, the personal data is archived, deleted, or anonymized.
Consequently, unless a legal requirement imposes a longer retention period, personal data is retained for a period not exceeding the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:
- Responding to your questions, requests, or complaints through contact forms: Three (3) years from the last contact;
- Newsletter subscription: Three (3) years from the withdrawal of your consent;
- Management of the sponsorship program: The data of unsuccessful candidates is retained only during the review of their application file; Three (3) years following the end of the sponsorship for successful candidates;
- Management of quotation forms: Three (3) years from the last contact;
- Management of campaign of emailing: Three (3) years from the date of last contact or until your unsubscription whichever comes first.
It is specified, however, that this duration is without prejudice to the application of a longer retention period when your personal data is collected and processed by AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS or its affiliates within the framework of another processing purpose.
8.DATA SECURITY
AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS places utmost importance on the protection and security of its information systems. As such, AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS has implemented reasonable precautionary measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data processed, while preventing their alteration, destruction, or any unauthorized access by third parties. Technical and organizational security measures have been established for this purpose.
