Africa Global Logistics (AGL) Cameroon, in partnership with the startup Reasy, announces the launch of a new groupage service between China and Cameroon, dedicated to Cameroonian SMEs and traders.
Deployed as part of a pilot project in Cameroon, this offer integrates secure digital payment as well as end-to-end logistics monitoring. It aims to simplify imports, facilitate access to international trade and support the growth of African SMEs through an integrated and digitalized supply chain.
The receipt of the first China-Cameroon consolidated container on April 29 marked a key milestone, confirming the move to operational implementation.
An integrated, simple and transparent supply chain
The pilot implemented a complete end-to-end solution, combining:
• secure digital payment,
• groupage at origin in China,
• international transport,
• and logistics operations at destination.
This integrated approach allows Cameroonian SMEs and traders to benefit from a simplified, more readable, more reliable import process that is better adapted to their operational and financial constraints.
Complementary expertise for an integrated chain
This partnership is based on a complementarity between the two players. Reasy provides an innovative digital solution to simplify international payments, thus creating a climate of trust for African SMEs.
AGL Cameroon takes care of the entire logistics chain: from international freight to export formalities in China, including groupage, transport, storage and customs formalities at destination.
After this first implementation in Cameroon, the model is intended to be extended to other countries and strategic corridors in Africa, in order to sustainably structure trade between the continent and its main international partners
