AGL (Africa Global Logistics), a major logistics player in Africa, announces its participation in the annual AFRICA CEO Forum summit to be held from June 5 to 6, 2023, in Abidjan, as a DIAMOND partner.

 

At this event, which will bring together some 2,000 leading figures from the world of business and politics, including business leaders, investors and heads and members of government from Africa and around the world, AGL will present its multimodal logistics strategy (port, logistics, sea and rail), integrated and sustainable, in favor of Africa’s development.

 

On this occasion, Philippe Labonne, President of AGL, will take part in a high-level panel on the theme of “the role of logistics in food sovereignty on the African continent”. He will discuss the logistical solutions and operational synergies deployed by AGL to promote the supply of fast-moving consumer goods to Africa, to meet the challenges of food sovereignty on the continent. In addition, Tahirou Barry, CFO of AGL’s Ports & Terminals activities, will speak on the panel: “ZLECAf, creating multimodal transport systems to stimulate cross-border trade”.
