In recognition of International Women’s Day 2024, themed “Inspire Inclusion,” AGL Kenya, a leading logistics provider, hosted a group of young professionals and students from the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), a professional body in the supply chain sector.

AGL Kenya used this opportunity to showcase the importance of inclusivity for a thriving logistics industry. The visiting group, comprised of female students, toured our facilities today, gaining firsthand experience with our operations. They also participated in interactive sessions with the ladies interacting with some of AGL Kenya’s top female leaders.

The KISM students gained valuable insights into the logistics industry and learned about the diverse career paths available to them in an inclusive environment. They also had the opportunity to connect with female role models at AGL Kenya and hear their experiences in navigating the field.

AGL Kenya is committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion. The company actively promotes the advancement of women and all individuals and is proud to support initiatives that inspire inclusion within the logistics sector.
